DM Remodeling is Dylan Mercadante, a general contractor working out of Monroe County and the surrounding Pocono Mountains. Established in 2023, we're licensed, insured, and committed to quality and customer satisfaction.
We focus on the kind of work that pays off: renovations that look right, hold up under guest turnover, and ship on the timeline we promise. Most of what we do is turning properties into rental-ready short-term rentals for investors — but we bring the same care to kitchens, baths, and full remodels for homeowners living in their space.

Consult
Free 30-minute site walk. We talk through the property, your goals, your budget, and your timeline. No pitch, no pressure.
Design
Detailed scope of work, material selections, and a fixed timeline and price. Nothing starts until you've approved everything in writing.
Build
Weekly photo updates by text or email. One point of contact. We pull permits, manage trades, and keep the site clean.
Deliver
Final walkthrough, punch list cleared, and a one-year workmanship warranty. Then your property is ready to host or live in.
